  Introduction : 

This website is the property of RfLapCounter (Eric Koobus) in its entirety as well as all rights.
Reproduction in whole or in part is subjected to the owners authorization.

  1- Agreement terms :

The customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions contained in this page and accept them without reservation.

These conditions govern the contractual relationship between the company RfLapCounter/Eric Koobus and his cutomer.

They will prevail on any other condition appearing in another document and can be updated if necessary.

  2- Products :

The pictures on these pages are not contractual; small differences in presentation are possible.

Almost all the equipments proposed on the website are available in our premises, however unavailability is possible in case of stock shortage of components; in which case we will try to remedy as soon as possible.

  3- Order :

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the kind, contents and date of the order.

RfLapCounter will deliver the order at the mail address provided by the customer.
In case of errors in the informations provided by the customer during the order taking, the seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to make delivery.

The maximum order price is 1000euros.
There is no minimum order price.

  4- Delivery :

For practical reasons, we ship only to the following countries : Continental France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark,  Spain,  Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Czech Républic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland. We apologies to potential customers in other countries.

The delivery will be made by the French Post Office; another carrier can possibly intervene for certain types of parcel.

Shipping fees are 20euros (fixed price) per order, regardless of the amount of material or destination.

The shipment will be made on receipt of payment.

If for any reason beyond our control (stock shortage...) we can not deliver an order quickly, you will be notified by email.

  5- Prices :

The prices are in euros.
The price on each product description does not include the delivery cost of 20euros.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the full transfer fee (including expenses attributable by to the seller) will be borne by the buyer.

The price of every item is valid only for the current order; if neccessary, it may be revised from time to time.

We are not subject to VAT (VAT is not applicable, section 293B of the CGI); the prices on the description sheet wil be those that you will actually pay.

  6- Payment :

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the payment confirmation sent by PAYPAL.

Payment is due on the day of the order.

It is made directly on PAYPAL secure website by credit card or PAYPAL. We don't have access to your card secret data.

The credit cards accepted are shown on the section "How to order".

Payment by bank transfer is possible; however all charges related to this operation are the responsibility of the buyer.

An order is considered and processed on receipt of payment.

7- Period of withdrawal :

The period of withdrawal is of 7 days from the day of receipt of the items by the customer.
The withdrawal right is limited to non used items, returned in their original packaging, the return must be by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, insured for the item value and the return is borne by the customer.

During this period, you can have an opinion of the equipment and for its return all you need is to contact us by email or at the following address :

8- Refund :

As part of the withdrawal right (see 7- above), the sum paid by the customer will be refund as soon as possible, at the latest in 30 days.
This refund will be made by any suitable means of payment.

9- After-sales service / Guarantee :

The guarantee period of our products is as follows :

    - 1 year for the detection rods and the decoders

    - 6 months for the transponders

This guarantee applies only for use of our products in compliance with the indications of the user guide provided.

It cannot be taken into account for products that have been opened, taken apart or modified.

The guarantee does not cover damage that might occur as a result of misuse.
